Market Days - Thursday and Saturdays 8am - 1pm
We have a varied range of market stalls which includes local produce, plants, clothing, crafts etc.

The Pannier Market is also available for hire to people wishing to hold events and we currently let this space to individuals or organisations for car boot sales, seasonal events such as late night shopping and specialist markets, concerts or indeed any other event required. The Town Council now holds a Premises Licence for this venue which enables the area to be used for musical events and events which require a bar without the hirer having to obtain an Occasional Licence. The Market has vehicular access from the centre of the town and a large pay and display car park at the rear.
At all other times when the Pannier Market is not in use for events the Town Council opens this area for car parking from 8am - 6pm daily (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
